Join Patara Elephant Farm for a one-of-a-kind "elephant carer for a day" experience. This personalized session will provide you with invaluable insight into the current state of Thai elephants and how we can help them. Basically, you'll learn and practice what an elephant caretaker would learn and do in order to maintain an elephant healthily and happy.
You'll learn how to approach and engage your elephants, do elephant health checks and healthcare activities, exercise, feed, bathe, and brush your elephant in the river, and more. Then you'll be taught how to interact with elephants and ride on their necks using a variety of techniques. The trip takes place in a picturesque mountain range near Chiang Mai.
