A very special trip combining a day of biking and trekking which will get you well away from the heavily trekked and traveled areas used by other companies. Conducted with high ethical and eco standards.
TOUR DESCRIPTION
We will pick you up from your accommodation and then head out towards Chiang Dao. The day's activities will start with a jungle trek commencing in the foothills of the Chiang Dao mountain you will trek for approximately 2 hours while taking a break by a refreshing waterfall in the jungle before continuing your trek up to Mae Mae Shan village. In the village, lunch will be prepared for you in the stunningly located Treehouse Village which affords great views of the forested valley below. After lunch, we will visit the local hill tribe school before making the short drive to the cycling start point and jump on the bikes. We will wind our way through small village roads and pass fruit farms, rice paddies, seasonal crops, and waterways our final destination being the large Banden temple complex. Following the temple visit, you will board the waiting transport for your trip back to Chiang Mai.
