With a myriad of web sites out there featuring all manner of tours sometimes it is difficult to know if you are booking with a tour agent or a tour operator. The Travel Hub are a tour perator in that we arrange our own tours. However for some special activities we will partner with a specialist opertor. Just to clarify who will be operating your tour we have provided the logo markings below on each individual tour page.

	This is a Travel Hub operated activity When you see this logo you will know that the tour is arranged and wholly run by the Travel Hub team. We use our own tour guides, vehicles and we are responsible for arranging all details of your tour. Rest assured we will be taking care of you for every minute of your trip.

	This is a Travel Hub partner activity When you see this logo we will be using the services of one of our partner activity operators in Chiang Mai. As some activities require special equipment and specialized staff we prefer to put you in the capable hands of the professionals. Such examples would be climbing and whitewater rafting. All our partner companies are carefully chosen, fully vetted, tried and tested by the Travel Hub. Your safety is our number one priority. Our close partnerships have also enabled us to offer some of the best prices in Chiang Mai and we Guarantee our prices will never be higher than booking direct.

	This is a joint Travel Hub/Travel Hub partner operated activity When you see the two logos together the tour or activity will be jointly operated by Travel Hub and one of its partner operators. Travel Hub will arrange all details of your tour but we might have to contract the services of a partner operator for specialist activities. The bulk of the tour will be operated by Travel Hub and the Travel Hub team but we may use one of our partners companies to help with the specialized activity. If you see these two logos together associated with a budget tour then we will occasionally join our customers with a partner operator. This happens when we do not have enough persons on the day to justify running the tour. This benefits you as it allows us to keep our tour costs low as well as Guaranteeing you daily departures. Our partner operator runs to to our own high standard.
